a/c cool on one side hot on the other

Hey all, im having an odd problem that ive been unable to find in any of the ac threads on here...i have dual climate control in my 04 sierra 5.3 and for some reason at random it decides to blow scalding hot on only the drivers side...passenger blows cool. It is now happening more often than not and a restart of the entire vehicle is the only temp fix. Im assuming its a thermostat issue, but would i just need to replace the entire module or are there separate pieces that i can do for just that one side? Does anyone know which part i would need to order?

Thanks in advance fellas, this isnt a fun problem in the TX summer.

Its a air blend actuator for the driver side. They default to hot.

There is a drivers side temp actuator under the dash in the center attached to the bottom of the heater case

I did some searching and instead of starting another thread I figured I would just add to this one. I have determined that the Blend door actuator needs replacing but which one do I replace? In my truck(04 Suburban) when I have the heat on it works good on drivers side and in the rear but the passenger side is freezing. So which one do I replace? I have found several different part numbers for them. Thanks DJ
