On your truck a 315/75/16 or 35X12.50X16 would work. They are relatively the same thing.
You dont want to put anything more than a 12.50 on there for sure tho. Your not suppose to put a tire more than 4 inches wider on a wheel really. And i think those stockers are like 16X7.5 or so.

Stock NBS 2500 wheels are 16 x 6.5. But a 315 looks good on there.
Like everyone else said... the HD alloy PYO's are 16x6.5" wide. You can run a 12.50 tire on there w/out any issues. Just watch your pressures and rotate regularly to keep the wear even throughout the set.
